Primal Eats meat sticks were born in our barbecue restaurant, where we spent years perfecting rich, smoky brisket. We took what we believe is the superior cut of beef and transformed it into something new — slow-smoked, naturally fermented meat sticks.

We start with a whole-muscle cut of brisket — one of the richest, most flavorful cuts of beef — and wood-smoke it low and slow for up to 9 hours to build deep, savory flavor and a tender, juicy texture.
